The basic kit will get you off to a flying start, transforming your donor vehicle almost immediately!

Ideal for those with mechanical and fabrication experience.

The kit compromises of the following:

1x Overlander Spaceframe which includes;

  • Overlander Spaceframe mounting brackets
  • Bonnet mounting brackets (loose)
  • Mudguard rear tags (loose)
  • Side bin tags (loose)
  • Fuel tank straps (loose)
  • Overlander dashboard (blank so you can fit your own gauges / switches)

1x Explorer front bumper

1x Full Body kit, including mud guards and brackets (loose)

1x 14 gallon fuel tank (please select options for sender unit fixing mount)

1x Gear reposition coupler

The body kit comes white as standard, if you would like a particular colour, please let us know the Ral number.

Please let us know the ral colour for your body kit.

Loose means you will have to weld the side bins yourself.
Bolt and go will enable you to fit them straight away.

Description

The basic Overlander spec kit gives you everything that you need to transform your donor vehicle into a fully functioning Overlander. Ideal for those with mechanical and fabrication experience, you will need to fit the mounting brackets, fuel tank straps etc yourself. The space frame will come with a light protective coating that will need to be removed prior to powder coating.

The kit compromises of the following:

1x Overlander Spaceframe which includes;

  • Overlander Spaceframe mounting brackets
  • Bonnet mounting brackets (supplied loose)
  • Mudguard rear tags (supplied loose)
  • Side bin tags (supplied loose)
  • Fuel tank straps (supplied loose)
  • Overlander dashboard – blank so you can fit your own gauges / switches

1x Luggage rack (light option)

1x Full Body kit, including

  • Mud guards and brackets
  • Bonnet catches

Lead time

From placing your order, we aim to have your kit ready within 3-4 weeks. Please let us know if you would like your kit delivered, we can offer delivery at an additional cost.

Certificate

Once you have built your Overlander, you will be invited to bring it down to the workshop to have it officially certified by us.

There will be prizes for the overall best build for that year.

Powder Coating

All you have to do is place an order through the website and let us know what ral colour you’d like. Please note though, that if you end up not liking your chosen colour we can’t be held responsible … so please choose carefully!
